The future Eta Iota Chapter House of Delta Gamma will be the newest fraternal structure for University of Nevada, Reno students who become members of Delta Gamma. Our agreement in the Lease-to-Build with 9th Street Properties enables us to expand across a triple-lot to offer nearly 14,000 sq' on three floors of comfortable living space.  Designed to meet the latest Panhellenic Guidelines, members will have a home built to Green standards with a roof garden, large bedrooms on a members-only second-floor, a state-of-the-art chefs kitchen for meal preparation, a separate snack kitchen and pantry, flexible public spaces and comfortable furnishings throughout.
